Closing Date: November 4th, 2002. Entry Limit 400 Show entries must be received on or before the closing dates. As per CFA Show Rules there will be no refunds of entry fees for failure to bench.

Show Hotel Make Reservations Early!! Best Western Village Inn, 8240 North Davis Hwy., Pensacola, FL 32514 (Exit 5). Phone Toll Free (800)962-9945. A special room rate for Exhibitors has been set at $49 per night for a double. Make reservations before November 1st and mention the cat show to receive your room rate discount. Room includes Free Continental Breakfast. Please take care to leave your room in good condition so that we will be invited back next year!! This is the Blue Angel air -show weekend in Pensacola and many rooms are booked months in advance don't wait...Call early! 

Show Hall: Located at the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds Expo Hall, 6655 Mobile Hwy., Pensacola, FL 32526. The show hall is heated & air conditioned and has approximately 23,,000 sq. ft. of floor space which provides plenty of room for wide aisles and vendor space. We always have a very large gate. Cats will not be allowed in the show hall overnight. Food concessions will be open during show hours. Free donuts and coffee for exhibitors both mornings! Plenty of free parking is available. No Smoking will be allowed in the show hall.

Benching: Check in time will be from 8:00 to 9:30 AM Saturday. Judging will begin at 10 AM Saturday & 9 AM Sunday. Show hours are listed from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM - 4 PM on Sunday. No cats will be permitted to leave the show hall before the posted show hours. No negative benching requests will be considered. Cages will be approx. 24"X24"X24". Be sure to bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for your benching cage. Cat food will be supplied as donated. Litter will be provided. Food bowls, water bowls, and litter pans will not be furnished. There will be no veterinary inspection. Cats are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. All entries should be inoculated against rabies, feline distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and be tested negative for FeLV before entry to the show hall. All claws must be trimmed prior to benching. No declawed cats or kittens may be entered. Sale kittens must be accompanied by a Health Certificate to comply with Florida Law. All sales kittens must be $100 minimum. No kittens under age of 4 months will be allowed in the show hall.

Awards: Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with CFA Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. Donations to the ribbon and rosette fund will be acknowledged in the show catalog.

CFA Show Rules will govern this show. A copy of the current Show Rules may be obtained by sending $3.00 to Cat Fanciers Association, 1805 Atlantic Avenue, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. It is the responsibility of each owner to enter and verify with the confirmation of all information. The ECCF, Inc. reserves the right to substitute judges.

Take Exit 2 off I-10 and go south on Pine Forest Road approx. 3.5 miles. At the intersection of Mobile Hwy (US 90) cross directly over to the Fairgrounds. The show hall is the big orange building to the right.
