CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty is owned by Dan Gullahorn who lives in Cantonment, Florida (just outside Pensacola). Dan is a Army veteran and received his Business Administration Degree from Mississippi State University in 1990. A native of Cuba, Alabama, he enjoys sports and pets.

From 1991 to 1999 he served as Hospital Manager at Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital in Pensacola, a practice owned with his wife, Jean Ryan Gullahorn, DVM (Cat Clinic of Pensacola ). Being self-employed Dan has learned a lot from his own mistakes, his goal with CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty (www.century21amerisouth.com) is to guide others around the pitfalls which await all sellers and buyers of real estate.

In 1992, Dan opened his first email account on CompuServe and in 1996 built his first website. Recently the world has discovered what he knew along time ago..."the Internet is going to be a very big deal". At the end of 1999, Dan started a small consulting business to help friends and acquaintances with websites, computers and other business matters. That in turn lead Dan to a real estate license and as they say "the rest is history".

Dan is also proud of his affiliation with CENTURY 21, the world leader in real estate. He is currently licensed by the state of Florida and Alabama as a Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors where he currently serves on the board of directors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
